By engaging in my services, be it by commissioning me or obtaining secondhand ownership of any of my works,
you automatically consent and agree to abide by all of the following terms and policies.

General Terms
Commissioned artwork is digital only, there will not be any shipping of physical goods.
I do not work under short-notice deadlines nor do i accept rush fees.
I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.
Commissioned work is for personal/private use only unless commercial use is arranged.
I retain all publishing rights to commissioned artwork unless otherwise stated from the client.
My prices and terms are subject to change without further notice.
Permissions & Usage
As the artist I retain absolutely all rights and copyrights to my commissioned works, meaning I have the right to advertise, share, print, and otherwise distribute my work in any way, unless commercial or private use is arranged for the client beforehand.
Under absolutely no circumstances is any person or entity authorized to mint my work as an NFT (Non Fungible Token), commissioned or not, as well as feed my artwork into AI generated software for any purposes. Any existing instances of such are unauthorized, copyright infringement, and blatant theft.
No one is authorized to alter, copy, or trace my artwork, or remove, obscure, or crop out my watermark from my artwork in any capacity. Commissioners/valid owners of my art may use their piece as icons/profile banners/any other personal, non-commercial, branding— with explicit credit.
I do not authorize reposts of my art unless it is the person's own commissioned piece; explicit credit linking back to the me (e.g. "commission from @decaf_loptte") is expected when reposting.
No one but the artist may claim the art as their own, even in the case of commissioned work.
Payment & Order Process
To order a commission, please contact me and send the details of your commission! I will review the details when I get to them and I will notify you if I am able to accept your commission!
Payments for commissions are accepted in full and up front through a PayPal Invoice in CAD before any work is started. There is no time limit for when you have to pay for your slot. But obviously don't take 30 days just to send the payment.
After payments are made, you will be updated as soon as possible with a sketch for any possible revisions and adjustments before it is given the approval to be completed! Edits AFTER the commission completed are absolutely acceptable! Especially if there was a mistake in said piece. Don't be afraid to tell me!
Turnaround times may vary, and I sometimes cannot gurantee a same-day turnaround. Some commissions may take a few days or a week to complete!
Please note before commissioning me that your artwork may take longer if there are other clients in my queue before you!
Refund Policy
If I feel like I can not complete your commission for any reason, I will personally issue you a full refund No matter what stage your commission was in.
If after 30 days since initial payment and I have not started on your commission you may request a complete refund. I do not do refunds after that.

All digital character purchases are non-refundable.
Any possible payments towards a payment plan are non-refundable.
Chargebacks are not allowed any under circumstance. If a chargeback is issued for any reason, you will lose ownership rights to all work done and you will be blacklisted.
